WBC-GOLD cable range was introduced as a must have for the discerning individual beginning his journey as an audiophile. The WBC-GOLD-LOCAP-SPKR-12AWG consists of a total of 588, 0.12mm in diameter per strand, 99.99% highly purity Oxygen Free Copper (OFC) strands, divided equally between two 12AWG cores, laid out in an expanded dumbbell speaker cable design. The additional distance between the 2 cores ensures probably the world’s lowest capacitance and the lowest inductance for a speaker cable in the sub $200 price range. These conductors are then covered by a proprietary PVC-blend for tough yet highly flexible outer jacket.

 

Eminence

The connectors are WBC’s Eminence banana. It is 24k Gold plated, with 3 micron thickness and a diameter of 4mm (standard diameter). These are Audiophile-grade banana connectors with superior abrasion & corrosion resistance. Each connector weighs around 10g and the banana connector has a fully insulated body to prevent accidental shorting. The multi-spade connectors (compatible with 8mm and 6mm binding posts) provide superior abrasion & corrosion resistance and unrivaled performance. The banana and spade plugs are specially reinforced to support heavy gauge cables (special shaft in the banana and thicker profile for the spade).
